The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from grønlunds
grønlunds only produces and delivers goods to companies with a VAT number. The conditions below apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and grønlunds.
By using our webshop gronlunds.dk you accept that grønlunds at Gydevang 39-41, DK-3450 Allerød, processes your personal data and cookies in accordance with the cookie and privacy policy below.
Payment and interest
You can only shop at grønlunds if you are an account customer. If you are already an account customer and have a PRO login, you get credit at grønlunds. If we provide credit on the delivery and the payment falls after the due date, we calculate interest and charge a reminder fee of DKK 100,-.
Prices, VAT and shipping
In the case of customised products, the final delivered quantity may fluctuate +/- 10% in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Association of Graphic Employers. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted excluding VAT and freight. Freight is calculated based on weight, volume, destination and handling. If you wish to have the delivery split into several deliveries, the freight costs will increase. For some products produced in Denmark, a small environmental contribution is added. All recommended prices in the shop are incl. VAT. When you are logged in and have access to your account customer prices, you will see these excluding VAT. All amounts are in Danish kroner.
Delivery
grønlunds endeavours to ensure that orders for stock items placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the next working day. grønlunds will arrange for delivery by GLS or another carrier to you, as far as possible on the agreed date. grønlunds cannot be held liable for delays by the carrier.
Responsibility
In the event of delay and in the event of defects in the delivered goods, grønlunds shall have no liability in cases where the delay or defect is due to labour disputes of any kind and any circumstances beyond the control of grønlunds (e.g. fire, water damage, natural disasters, war, riots, pandemics, civil unrest, currency restrictions, lack of means of transport, delay/loss/damage at the carrier, general shortage of goods, fuel restrictions, export and import bans and other similar force majeure situations).
Complaints and returns
In case of errors, defects or missing deliveries, please contact info@gronlunds.dk or by post to grønlunds, Gydevang 39-41, 3450 Allerød, no later than 8 days from dispatch. Goods can only be returned by prior agreement.
Duty of disclosure
Agreements/orders are made in Danish or English and are stored by us for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. It is not possible to access the agreements via our website. If you would like to receive a copy of the agreement, please email us at info@gronlunds.dk

Use of personal information
Personal information is only provided to third parties in connection with you ordering goods from grønlunds. This means that your address, telephone number and email address may be passed on to the carrier who will deliver the goods. If we produce goods for you that contain personal data (e.g. business cards), your personal data contained in the printed matter will be passed on to the printing company responsible for printing the printed matter. If you disclose other persons' data in connection with placing orders with grønlunds, you as a customer guarantee that the duty of disclosure pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation to the registered persons in the material to be used has been complied with.
We never collect personal data unless you have given us this information yourself when completing an order, participating in a survey, signing up for a newsletter or similar. Information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail addresses are collected.
Personal data is used to implement the service for which the data was collected.

If incorrect data has been registered, or if you have other objections, you can contact the same place. You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information is registered about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the EU Personal Data Regulation, GDPR.
Personal data protection
By law, your personal information must be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal data on servers here at this address, with high security and located in controlled facilities. Some information is stored on servers of third parties who store and process personal data on behalf of Greenland in accordance with this data policy and applicable data protection legislation.
We cannot guarantee 100 per cent security when transferring data over the internet. This means that there may be a minimal risk of others gaining unauthorised access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You provide your personal data at your own risk.
In order to remanufacture goods and to provide you with the best service, we store the information related to your orders including any graphic files, images and the like.
As changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary, we reserve the right to update and amend this privacy policy. If we do so, we will of course correct the “last updated” date at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our websites.
Where is your personal data stored?
Your data is stored on servers in Denmark. Some personal data is administered by a third party (data processor) who stores and processes personal data on behalf of Greenland in accordance with this data policy and the applicable personal data protection legislation.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each newsletter. However, if you have problems unsubscribing, our customer service can be contacted at info@gronlunds.dk or on tel. 70256099.
When you unsubscribe from marketing from grønlunds, all commitments you have made to us are deleted. These cannot be restored, and if at any time you wish to gain insight into what we have previously sent you, previous offers, orders or similar, please note that these cannot be restored. This also applies if you ask us to delete data on our graphic servers and in our administrative systems.
We reserve the right for price changes, printing errors and changes in product specifications.
